If you’re looking for basic, off-grid accommodation—whether for a group of walkers, landscape artists, Duke of Edinburgh participants, or school and university field trips—look no further!
“Pen y Cae” is a small, off-grid cottage nestled high on the Ffwddog Ridge in the Black Mountains, within the picturesque Grwyne Fawr Valley. It offers a fantastic opportunity to experience nature up close, yet is just 10 miles from Abergavenny.
The cottage has been revived by the local community and is now available for short stays. It can accommodate up to 12 people for overnight stays, and up to 20 for day bookings.
Available for bookings from 15th March until the end of October.
