19/17138/FUL:  A proposed replacement dwelling and garage of the pre-existing dwelling and garage at Croes Fach including landscaping and associated works.  Croesfach Llanbedr Crickhowell Powys NP8 1SU  

The following application/s have been REFUSED:

19/17415/FUL:  Proposed toilet block facilities on certified location for caravans/mobile homes.    Llwyncytrych  Farm, Glangrwyney, Crickhowell  NP8 1EE

The following application/s are AWAITING DECISION:

19/17426/FUL:  Installation of a 10m Telegraph Pole design mast on a concrete base accommodating 1No shrouded antennas, 2No 300mm transmission dishes for the EE Emergency Services Network (ESN). The proposal also involves the installation of 3 x equipment cabinets (790mmx710mmx1645mm, 750mmx600mmx2100mm, 600mmx520mmx1410mm) and 1No electrical meter cabinet (1110mm x 415mm x 1290mm); 1No generator and 1No 1200mm satellite dish on a 2.4m high support pole within a10.00mx10.00m compound surrounded by a 1.2m high post and rail fence.    Perth y Pia, Llanbedr, Crickhowell  NP8 1SY
