Just a quick update for works at Craig Y Bwla.
All works bar the new hedge planting (which will take place in the Autumn) will be complete by the end of this week with the fencing currently taking place.
From Tuesday 27th May 2025 the contractor will move back towards Crickhowell to complete the works on the minor verge slip. These works will take approximately 1 week to complete and will be carried out with the current road closure in place.
As always, the contractor will do their best to allow local traffic through, but we would ask if they could keep their journeys to a minimum in order for them to get the works completed as quickly and safely as possible and if they do experience a delay, we ask that they are patient with the contractors.
By end of next week (30th May 25) or very early the week after all works should be completed.
