We are developing a project to make it easier for communities to eat well, bringing farmers and communities together to create a stronger local food economy and to bring people together over healthy food. The Food Partnerships in Herefordshire, Monmouthshire, Shropshire and Powys are bidding for 4 years of Climate Action Funding from The National Lottery, to work across the Marches.

Rydym yn datblygu prosiect i’w gwneud hi’n haws i gymunedau fwyta’n dda, gan ddod â ffermwyr a chymunedau ynghyd i greu economi bwyd lleol gryfach ac i ddod â phobl ynghyd dros fwyd iach. Mae’r Partneriaethau Bwyd yn Swydd Henffordd, Sir Fynwy, Swydd Amwythig a Phowys yn gwneud cais am 4 blynedd o Gyllid Gweithredu ar yr Hinsawdd gan y Loteri Genedlaethol, i weithio ar draws y Gororau.
