Message from Lais:
Following Llais’s Care at what cost? event, we’re asking what is working well in health and social care across Wales and what needs to change. The event explored how waiting for care affects people’s health, wellbeing, family life and finances, and the support people need while they wait.
Your responses will help Llais understand what matters to you and the people you support, and bring those perspectives into conversations about improving services. You don’t need to have attended the event to take part.
Complete the survey here: Care at What Cost Survey
There are four questions, all about health and social care services:
- What should we keep doing? What works well and makes a positive difference to people’s experiences?
- What should we start doing? Is anything missing that could make accessing care or getting support easier?
- What should we stop doing? Are there approaches or processes that create difficulties or make things harder than they need to be?
- What would you like to see more of? What helpful support or good practice could reach more people?
You might think about communication, support while waiting, accessibility or how services work together. These are just starting points, we’d welcome whatever matters most to you, from your own experience or your work with others.
Thank you for considering it. We know your time is valuable and appreciate anything you can share.,
