Members of the Vale of Grwyney Community Council recently enjoyed a tour of Westminster Palace courtesy of the Member of Parliament for Brecon and Radnorshire, Chris Davies.
The tour commenced with a walk through the Queen’s Robing Room, along the ornate Lord’s Long Room into the House of Lords, then the House of Commons ending in Westminster Hall.
Following this Councillors were invited by Chris Davies MP to join him for a Question & Answer session in one of the Committee Rooms which provided an ideal opportunity to discuss many of the issues facing our community.
Members agreed it was a fantastic opportunity which they thoroughly enjoyed.
